Focus and Scope

Editorial Policy of Knowing Online – Scientific Journal of FASAP The Collegiate of the Courses of Administration, Law, Physical Education, Nursing, Civil Engineering and Psychology of Faculdade Santo Antônio de Pádua, deliberated and approved the following: General Provision Art. 1 Knowing Online – Revista Científica da FASAP (ISSN 2359-5256), is the body for the dissemination and academic debate of Business Administration, Law, Physical Education, Nursing, Civil Engineering and Psychology courses at Faculdade Santo Antônio de Pádua. Of the Fundamental Principles Art. 2 The foundations of Knowing Online – FASAP Scientific Journal are: I theoretical-methodological pluralism; II independence and freedom of political-ideological opinion, III cooperation and commitment to technical-scientific and cultural development within the academic community.

General Purposes Art. 3 Publish and disseminate unpublished works and translations in the areas of Administration, Law, Physical Education, Nursing, Civil Engineering and Psychology; Art. 4 Provide debate - on areas of focus Editorial Policy Art. 5 Knowing Online – Revista Científica da FASAP is published annually and the deadline for article submission is always listed in the submissions item and then conditions for submission. Art. 6 It is composed of the following sections: I dossier on a relevant topic in the fields of Administration, Law, Physical Education, Nursing, Civil Engineering and Psychology; II miscellaneous articles and essays (free); Art. 7 Knowing Online – Revista Científica da FASAP is published only in Portuguese. Art. 8 The texts must be unpublished in Brazil. The data and concepts conveyed will be the sole responsibility of the author(s). Art. 9 The pertinence of the publication will be evaluated by the Editorial Board (with regard to adequacy to the profile and editorial line of A Knowing Online – Scientific Journal of FASAP) and by two reviewers (with regard to the content and quality of the contributions). In case of conflicting opinions, the Editorial Board will send the work to a member of the Advisory Board. The anonymity of authors and reviewers will be guaranteed (blind review system) in the article evaluation process. § single. The first or only author will be informed about the result of the evaluation of the submitted text within a period of up to (90) days, counting from the date of receipt by the Editorial Board. Art. 10 Knowing Online – FASAP Scientific Journal is distributed online.

Of the Organizational Structure Art. 11 Knowing Online – Scientific Journal of FASAP has the following structure: I Editorial II Editorial Board III Advisory Board Art. 12 The Editorial Board will be composed of two (2) editors, elected among the professors with part-time or full-time work in the Administration, Law, Physical Education, Nursing, Civil Engineering and Psychology courses at Faculdade Santo Antônio de Pádua. The term of office of the editors is two (2) years, reelection being permitted. Art. 13 The functions of the Editorial Board are: I to be responsible for the management and execution of Knowing Online – Scientific Journal of FASAP; II establish and maintain dialogue with the Editorial Board and the Advisory Board;

III indicate to the Board of Administration, Law, Physical Education, Nursing, Civil Engineering and Psychology of Faculdade Santo Antônio de Pádua and the dismissal of members of the Editorial Board and the Advisory Board; IV coordinate activities related to the secretariat and edition of the Journal. Art. 14 The Editorial Board will be composed of members appointed by the Editorial Board. The members of the Editorial Board must be researchers and/or professors with at least a master's degree or possess notorious knowledge in the areas of interest of Knowing Online – Revista Científica da FASAP. Art. 15 The Editorial Board is responsible for: I contributing to defining the editorial policy; II issue, when requested, within its academic competence, scientific opinions on materials sent for publication. Art. 16 The Advisory Board will be made up of members appointed by the Editorial Board. The term of office of the members of the Advisory Board will be for an indefinite period, obeying the conveniences of Knowing Online – Revista Científica da FASAP and of the consultant himself. The members of the Advisory Board must be researchers and professors with at least a Master's degree and/or possess notorious knowledge in the areas of interest of Knowing Online – Revista Científica da FASAP.

Art. 17. The right to suggest the non-publication of previously approved works is granted, provided that the presence of serious inaccuracies regarding technical standards and/or grammar and/or content of the text in question is verifiable. In such cases, the material in question must be returned to the author(s). Art 18- In case of verification of plagiarism or articles already published, the Editorial Board reserves the right not to publish them, and the author(s) must be communicated. Art. 19- Cases considered to be omitted must be resolved by the Editorial Board. Any solution, however, adopted for such cases must be such that consistency between it and those provided for in the previous rules is preserved. Art. 20 It is incumbent upon the Advisory Board: I to issue an opinion on the materials sent for publication, when requested by the Editorial Board and within its area of ​​academic competence; II Collaborate with the Editorial Board in assessing the activities of Knowing Online – Scientific Journal of FASAP. General Provisions Art. 21 Cases not covered by this Editorial Policy will be resolved by the Editorial Board, subject to appeals.    Saint Anthony of Padua, November 6, 2014.

PUBLICATION AND SUBMISSION RULES    1. Knowing Online – Revista Científica da FASAP will be published in Portuguese. 2. Articles must be unpublished in Brazil. 3. Articles must have their length dictated by the need for clarity in explaining the arguments, respecting the maximum limit of 20 pages (40,000 characters), including charts, tables, illustrations, notes and bibliographical references. 4. The text of the article must observe the following characteristics: A4 page, top margin of 3 cm, bottom margin of 2.5 cm, left margin of 3 cm, right margin of 2 cm, font Arial, body 12 and spacing 1, 5. 5. The title of the work (in Portuguese and English), full name(s) of the author(s), accompanied by training and academic degrees, institution(s) of affiliation must appear on the homepage , address, email. The attached file must be in word.

6. The articles must be accompanied by three keywords (keywords), reproduced in Portuguese and English. 7. The articles must be accompanied by an abstract (abstract) with a maximum of two hundred and fifty (250) words, reproduced in Portuguese and English. 8. Short literal quotes, with less than three (03) lines, will be integrated into the paragraph, placed between quotation marks. Literal citations of more than three (03) lines will be highlighted in the text in a special paragraph and “indented” (4 cm to the right of the left margin, font size 10, single spacing). 9. Notes should come at the end of the text and cannot consist of simple bibliographical references. These must appear in the body of the text with the following format: author's surname / space / year of publication: / space / pages), as in the example: (SILVA, 1997, p. 160-162). 10. The bibliography must follow ABNT norms and come after the notes, in alphabetical order of last name. 11. The submission of works implies the assignment of copyright and publication rights to Knowing Online – Revista Científica da FASAP. This undertakes to inform the authors about the pertinence or otherwise of their publication. Unpublished originals will not be returned.

12. Research involving human beings must have the approval number of the Ethics Committee in the methodology part of the submitted article. 13. The main author must monitor the progress of the publication in the journal's own system. Peer Review Process The articles will be submitted to the opinion of two members of the Editorial Board. Frequency Knowing Online – FASAP Scientific Magazine, appeared in 2014. It is an annual magazine, in electronic format. Free Access Policy This journal offers immediate free access to its content, following the principle that making scientific knowledge freely available to the public provides greater worldwide democratization of knowledge.
