Abstract

Psychopedagogy plays a crucial role in school management, contributing to the training of educators, the implementation of inclusive practices and overcoming the challenges faced in modern education. Given this, the study aimed to analyze the impact of psychopedagogy on the training of educators and the creation of an inclusive school environment, in addition to exploring the challenges faced in its implementation. The study was based on research in books, journal articles and undergraduate and postgraduate coursework on subjects related to psychopedagogy, school management and inclusive educational practices, aiming to understand how these approaches can improve the teaching-learning process. and face contemporary challenges in education. The results demonstrate that the continued training of educators in psychopedagogy is fundamental for the development of strategies that meet the diverse needs of students. Additionally, inclusive practices were identified that promote a collaborative and respectful learning environment. However, the study also reveals significant challenges, such as resistance to change on the part of some educators and the lack of adequate resources to effectively implement these practices. It is concluded that the integration of psychopedagogy into school management is essential to improve the quality of education, promote inclusion and meet the demands of students in modern education.
